Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after they have been processed.


Shipping & Delivery Times (UK)

Estimated delivery times to the UK:

  • Standard International Delivery: 7–20 business days

  • In some cases, delivery may take up to 30 business days depending on supplier location and customs clearance.


Tracking Information

  • Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for tracking details to become active after dispatch.

  • If you haven’t received your tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us using the Contact Us page.


Shipping Delays & Delivery Issues

SummerSoles is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Delivery service or courier issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer

  • Natural disasters, global events, or public holidays

If a parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received, you may be required to obtain a non-delivery confirmation from your local delivery office or courier before we can proceed with a claim or resolution.


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (UK)

  • All prices displayed on our store include VAT, so no additional taxes will be added at checkout for UK customers.

  • However, some deliveries from international suppliers may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.


Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery using the Contact Us page.

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear supporting photos or videos.

  • Valid cases will be resolved with a refund or replacement in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
